Helps manage pain

I learnt about the benefits of probiotics for conditions like Crohn's disease from my cousin. Probiotics help control inflammation and improve digestive health. After starting on Primal Defense Ultra, my abdominal distention decreased, and I no longer experienced daily abdominal pain, joint pain, or flare-ups for the first time in 20 years. This probiotic has truly transformed my life. For ten years, I struggled with IBS-D, often unable to venture far from home. I felt like a prisoner bound to the bathroom, and nothing seemed to provide complete relief. During a visit to a health food shop, a staff member recommended Primal Defense, which required no refrigeration. I bought it four years ago, and I've never felt better since. So far, so good! After being diagnosed with H. Pylori, I researched ways to heal my gut. I underwent triple antibiotic therapy, followed by Mastic Gum and probiotics. After about two weeks, I began with one capsule per day, but increased it to two due to lingering stomach pain. I’m pleased to say the pain is now virtually non-existent. Works for me! Starting in December 2010, I had persistent stomach issues that affected my appetite and digestion. After taking these consistently, I noticed a significant improvement. My appetite and digestion returned to normal, and I stopped having painful gas after eating. I'm ordering another bottle and plan to take these indefinitely.

Quality control concerns

BEWARE of some of their products. In spring 2016, this company had a serious salmonella issue with their Garden of Life Raw Meal product. I used to use this product regularly but suffered serious food poisoning as a result. After unknowingly re-infecting myself, I felt extremely weak and lost 22lbs. When I contacted the company post-recovery, they were unhelpful regarding my medical concerns. Take caution with their products due to quality control issues and lack of support.

Constipation relief

An excellent supplement! I was diagnosed with an obstruction between my large and small intestines, causing constant constipation. Traditional treatments didn’t help. After a month of taking this supplement I experienced bloating initially, but that subsided, and the pain in my intestines has diminished significantly. I no longer suffer from constipation.

I hoped this would help alleviate my digestive troubles, including constant hunger and stomach pain. However, it did not provide the relief I was looking for.
